To all those who experienced down time we do apologize, please submit a ticket to get your reimbursment of 1 free month for shared and reseller customers. We had issues with an upgrade to mysql, that cause apache to have some errors.

As some of you may have noticed we had a spat of downtime starting Friday night. With some sparatic issues Tursday night. These issue's should be resolved now. If you are having any further issues please open a support ticket and let us know.
